RC Sailing yacht

The only model made so far was a simple sailing yacht. But as I really like to upgrade, modify and try to make things better, it was heavily tuned. The yacht is called Monsoon and was bought as kit for assembly. Originally made by Shunbo. Full name is Shunbo Nauticus Monsoon. Currently rather impossible to buy but it was cheap way to learn, how such model work.

I have replaced all plastic rigging into metal, all lines into very strong fishing lines, made a new set of sails from Mylar foil. Backstay was split and made adjustable to let bend a mast. Never tested a fully upgraded construction due to a lack of time. But even in basic configuration it was a fun to sail.
